Thrasher Commons

The city's central greenspace, anchoring the south edge of downtown with a wide lawn and a covered pavilion.

Thrasher Commons is the heart of public life in Notcross. Its four-acre lawn hosts Movie Monday through the summer, the annual tree lighting in December, and a steady rotation of birthday parties, soccer practices and afternoons that were not planned in advance.

The pavilion is available for reservation through the Parks & Recreation Department. A conceptual rendering of the proposed splash pad is currently on display beneath it.
