Notcross is a parody and is not affiliated with the City of Norcross, Georgia. Notcross is a fictional municipality. Its government, staff, businesses, parks, events, addresses, telephone numbers and press releases are invented.
Quotations attributed to City officials in these pages are written for this site and are not the words of any real person. No real individual — elected, appointed, employed or private — is described, depicted or accused of anything here. The subject of the satire is municipal process: studies, committees, renderings, announcements and the distance between them and a finished thing.
This site does not collect personal information, does not process payments, and does not provide or simulate any government service. If you need a permit, a record or a service from an actual city, contact that city.
Mayor & Council
The Notcross City Council consists of a Mayor and four Council members, all fictional and all deliberately unnamed.
